This notice explains how TAFT YAPI, as data controller, processes your personal data under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").
Data Controller
Your personal data is processed by Taft Yapı Mühendislik ("TAFT YAPI"), acting as data controller, within the scope and for the purposes explained below.
What Data We Process
When you fill out the contact form on our site, we process your full name, email address, phone number, and message content, provided you submit them to us. Our site does not carry out any personal data collection process beyond this form.
Purpose of Processing and Legal Basis
Your data is processed to evaluate your request, get in touch with you, and carry out the project/service process, under KVKK Article 5/2-c ("being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract") and, where explicit consent exists, within the scope of that consent.
Retention and Security
Your data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and in accordance with the retention periods set out in applicable legislation, with the necessary technical and administrative measures in place.
Your Rights Under KVKK
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the following rights:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information about it if it has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose
- Know the third parties to whom it is transferred, domestically or abroad
- Request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly
- Request its deletion or destruction within the framework of legal requirements
- Object to a result that is to your detriment arising from analysis of the data exclusively through automated systems
- Request compensation for damages if you suffer harm due to unlawful processing
Email Confidentiality
Our emails carry a standard confidentiality and disclaimer notice: the emails we send and any attachments are intended solely for the use of the addressee; recipients who receive one by mistake should delete it immediately without sharing its contents. TAFT YAPI makes no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of email content, and the opinions expressed in a message belong to the sender and may not reflect the company's views; the emails we send are scanned for known computer viruses.
